In the case that you request an item be returned you will be responsible for contacting the etailer and securing return labels which can be sent or emailed to ExpatExpress. ExpatExpress will charge you a Returns Fee as well as shipping if you are not able to secure a return shipping label.

In the case that an etailer contacts ExpatExpress and requests items be return because of suspected fraud, we will contact you and notify you of the request. You will have an opportunity to resolve the issue with the retailer. If however the issue cannot be resolved and the etailer continues to request a return, ExpatExpress will process the return and charge you the Return Fee. ExpatExpress will not process the returns for Buy for Me service except where incorrect items are purchased or shipped by ExpatExpress.
